What is Earth: After Death?

Earth, After Death is a post-apocalyptic tabletop roleplaying game (TTRPG) inspired by some of the most influential games and post-apocalyptic media of the 20th and 21st centuries. Combined with influence from such legendary games such as AD&D, Gamma World, Fallout, Wasteland, the Metro series, and countless other movies and TV shows, Earth, After Death is creating a playing field like never before.

Boasting deep and crunchy mechanics reminiscent of the golden age of 90s TTRPGs, Earth, After Death focuses on OSR-style gaming, dungeon and hex crawling, fast-paced combat, high lethality, and a unique and fascinating setting to explore.

There’s plenty to do: kill mutants, explore ancient ruins, get lethal radiation poisoning, find a gun that has infinite ammunition, use psionic powers to blow up peoples heads, replace your legs with tank treads, and more!

Who’s making Earth: After Death possible?

  • Brenden Carlson

    Founder of Hammer City Games and a devout RPG-aholic, Brenden is a published author through Dundurn Press with the Walking Shadows trilogy, and began his TTRPG design career with Into the Zone on Exalted Funeral. This is his first self-published standalone RPG, and has been gestating for over nine years, ready to be unleashed upon an unsuspecting world.

  • Rolands Kalniņš (marvelzukas)

    Tattoo artist, digital artist, and bodybuilder from Latvia, Rolands signed up for this project in 2017, and is just happy that he gets to see his work flourish in the TTRPG scene. He specializes in cosmic horror and macabre themes, especially regarding Lovecraftian abominations.

    Head of distribution and owner of RV Games, Violet has previously worked with us for the distribution of the Mothership supplement Graveyard of the Gods, and returns to help bring Earth, A.D. to the furthest corners of the globe…before it explodes.
